A self-storage facility in Watauga, Texas needed an automated sliding-gate entrance with vehicle detection at the exit lane. Automatic Gate & Repair Dallas installed a LiftMaster CSL24UL sliding-gate operator and an in-ground Exit Loop as one commercial gate project.

Project scope
The work combined operator installation at the sliding gate with an Exit Loop in the outbound vehicle lane. The loop provides a vehicle-detection input for the gate’s exit operation.
Work performed
Our technicians installed the LiftMaster CSL24UL operator, prepared and cut the pavement for the in-ground Exit Loop, connected the vehicle-detection system, and tested the completed installation with a vehicle.
Documented result
The final project video documents the vehicle test and the sliding gate opening after the Exit Loop detects the vehicle.
